@metroid3d I agree. A missed bundle opportunity there. Honestly, if you're willing to buy a New 3DS themed after Samus, you're roughly 98% likely to pick up the corresponding new title for the same system. Just saying.

@fatherbrain230 but they announced it after announcing the games and everyone preordering either the special edition or the normal edition. It doesnt make sense now to add it on, while I would've loved for the game to be included, I already preordered the game...

@amwolfmusic my point still stands, it's a missed bundle opportunity. I never said when the bundle should've been announced… obviously, it should've been at E3…

@fatherbrain230 announcing it at E3 would've been great because then I would've ditched the soundtrack for one of the prettier systems. And I own the Luigi 30th edition thing and it's pretty.

@mmgp I wouldn't worry too much about it not working well with the old 3DS. Other than maaaybe a few frame drops? At the very least, it doesn't look like a very demanding game.
I'd be more concerned about the lack of a c-stick in the O3DS, actually, but it's probably not a deal breaker. Nevertheless, to get the best experience, the New 3DS is still the way to go, I'd say.

@froyo the free aim freezes Samus in one place and you use the stick to control the gun, there is literally no use with the c-stick.
I highly doubt there'll be framedrops, federation force doesn't have any frame drops and it reaaaaallllyyyyy looks like it should be played on the N3DS
